I only first heard of this person a few weeks ago. While being an international kickboxing champion (albeit in a weight division), he rose to fame on TikTok as someone who rebels against the system and being a womanizer.

He has released lots of motivational speeches and seems entertaining and somewhat charismatic. He is a billionaire and has gained a large following among younger men.
Part of his appeal seems to be that he is not a smart person like say Musk, or Bill Gates- but he has become a billionaire - so it is someone more people can identify.   

He has drawn critics (and fans) for being a Misogynistic womanizer, but that is not against the law. He also appears to be very good at getting beautiful women so each to their own. Some women like the old-fashioned men's approach- especially if they have money. 

However, he is locked up in Romania for being accused of being involved in a sex ring of forcing women into online porn and possible rape etc.

He has a business of online sex workers, which is legal - but things may be more severe than this where he is forcing women into the job etc. Time will tell. 
I saw him on Sky getting arrested, and he said the Matrix has found him etc, etc.

Has money, is a fantastic chess player, an actual world class hard man and found a way to become the most influential person on social media for a while.

I don’t mind him and his brother really, it’s entertainment.
