President-elect Donald Trump may "soon" appoint a Ukrainian peace envoy to lead negotiations on ending Russia's war, Fox News reported on Nov. 13, citing its multiple undisclosed sources.

"You're going to see a very senior special envoy, someone with a lot of credibility, who will be given a task to find a resolution, to get to a peace settlement," one of the sources said, adding that the appointment will happen "in short order."

Kurt Volker held a similar position and served as the U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine on a volunteer basis from 2017 to 2019. The post of Ukrainian peace envoy is also expected to be unpaid.

Over the past few days, Trump has announced new members of his future administration. Meanwhile, some of Trump's picks have made controversial statements about the war in Ukraine and opposed further provision of military aid for Kyiv.

U.S. President-elect Donald Trump on Nov. 12 selected Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy to lead the "Department of Government Efficiency," a new body designed to "drive large-scale structural reform."

Trump's defense secretary is confirmed to be Pete Hegseth, an army veteran and current Fox News host. His secretary of state, overseeing U.S. diplomacy, is reported to be Marco Rubio.  

I suspet the above article is correct - but I thin a am rather  be a team led by a person to be  named,

I do nt support anbody - I support  peceful setlement in Ukraine.   I do no support dictatorships anwhere in the world and that applies to the present Ukraine Government as well.

The resultis also becaame clear - the rest of te world smelled weaknss when Biden was President - that is why the Chinese influence all over the world took plsce and resulted in  weakening of he USA.    The world knows that fr his own reasons the USA funded and caused a coup in 2014 to overturn an elected Government and established a puppet regime in Kiev.    Since then there wa a puppet Govrnment in Ukraine and that is what casued the war,

The USA sabitaged hree efforts to reach a eacefu settlement in Ukraine  and te war caused endless provblems - not only for the Ukraine and Russia -but all of the US  allies in Europe as well.   It caused politcal instability in Europe nd instability in the rest of the world.   Thta iw why all he Goverments aae rushing tocongraulate Trump in his victory - none of he world leaders wants instabiliy in the world that could elad to WW3.

Now  back to Ukraine.   Putin know Trump is a difficult and principled negotiator and that si why Putin in 2020 and 2024 openly supported the election of Biden and Harris, in the USA.   He knew that if Trump wins he will be under massive prssure from a strong USA leader and not the shit that governed the USA since 2020.    

Trump apparently told Zelenskyy when he saw Trump at Mar-elago in September 2024 and in subsquent telephne calls when Zelenskyy phone him twice  after the election became clear,       That is why the Kie paper pubshed he above story - hey did na d would not dare to publish the above story.

Putin also go the message and he knew Trump will take real action i h saboaged e peace inititive,    Th question is who will lead the US negotiation team     The hole Cabinwt nad senior appointments Trump decided on will not be changed when it comes to theUSA negotiation team.   It would not be somebody on the appoinment list already ready for list redy for submition to the Senate,     It could be somebody with status in he intenaional world  ad close o Trump - in other words a person who would have strong suppor from Trump,   

Putin knows he would not get away wih murder in those negotiations that will be centered probably in Vienna or even in Budapest.   The first decision to be pressed y the USA would be an immediate ceasefire and then he rest of e negotiations will follow.   Putin in ngotiations with Trump knows that he will nt get aay with Murder - and will be forced to accept a rasonabe settlement.     What is already clear that he future of he Cimea will nt be disputed and it will remain part of Rusia,  So et see what ahppens in the enxt three months.   both in the USA and in Europe.

The appontment of a fighting  soldier as Secretary of Defense and strengthening of the US Army as a result will also have serious consequences for he rest of te world and te shit that happened in the World at prsent will cease worldwide.   Milley already fled from the scene and the rest of the appointees promoted by Milley and approved by Biden will follow immediately -they wil be fired as well.     The army is not used for sexual experimentation  - the army must be ready to face battles and not for running bio-labs in Ukraine and other BS worldwide,
