I highlightd the illegitimate conduc in this case - but must add that was the exact wording o the plea deal on the Delaware case. That plea deal would have prhibit furtehr invesigations involving not only Hunter but also Joe from being invovled in Russian, Ukraine and China corrpt actvities,
Fact is Biden;s claim was false when h claimed the plea deal was rejected by the judg bexcause it was no lawful - but a deal compiled by the Justice Department and the WH legal advisors too ensure two things, namely -
* to rpevent future legal action be taken iro coruption by the Bidens; bu also
* to keep Huer out of prison.
Biden and the Democrts claim nobody is above the law - but in this case it was putting the Bidens and other people involved in corruption above the law, The Judge realized it and chucked out the plea deal af ter te Special Council there are other issue being investigated and trhough out the deal.
The ain problem is that Biden feared what will be uncoverd by the new FBI leadersghip and the Justice Department and therefore tried put himself and his whole family - toger with croks like Plosia nd Schiff above the law. The hiundreds of millions of money flowing to the three crime families involved is bound tobe exxposed b further investigations.
That is why Faucci, Plosi and Schiff are on the list o ciinals Biden apparently is trying to ut aboe he law by pardons. It is not going to work out and is bond to end up in the Supreme Court that the President can pardon people from being investigated for real cris they committed through putting himself and ohers above the law.
In essense pardons should only cover chargs and sentences involving cases alredy dealt with in cors or law and where buses of law is in evidence - not for hiding other and mostly corrupt conduct being invstigated.
