I think 70% of the US voters in the USA believe that as well.    But Biden was forced onto the US voters by the major financial  contributors to the Demcoratic Party and supported by the media they control.

The problem is him standing down will be decidesd by the spnsors funding the DNC who in 2020 election wanted Biden in the WH to ensure implementation of their polcie and even wrote ut policies and amndates Biden signed,    Biden's replacement will have to be decided on by the major donors to the DNC who would implement their polciicies,  .  So the donors - who have  absolute control fo the WH at present with a Zombie who can sign whatever they wanted and rule by mandates they authored will replace him.

The ultra-rich donors have said nothing yet - but one of their major mouthpieces - the New York Times - have indicated that Biden should go.   Fact is the media in the USA pretended there is nothing wrong resulting from the aging dementia sufferer Biden and as such misleaded people about him being not suitable to serve as President.   So the DNC can be threatened by the donors to support their new nominee and that will deccide Biden's fate.  

It is not clear who the alternative would be - all potential replacements like Harris, Newsonm and Ms Whitmer (known also as Madame Hitler) are even more umpopular than Biden.   So the decision could be to find another dummy the donors can cotrol.   It will only become clearer over the next six weeks.or so.

Whatever happened - especially with repalcing Biden would be totally uncosntitutional and will sh wo again the D emcoracy countt frr nothing insofar as the Demcoratic Party is concerned.    The voters are supposed to decide on the Party nominee and they will be as per normal ignored by the actual omtrollers of the Regim e.

If 3% of the population owns over 90% of the wealth, then I would expect 90% of the tax to come from them. I actually don't know the numbers for sure, as various sources seem to give different numbers (e.g. 3% own 60% of wealth etc, etc)
