In the current age of today, having Bill Gates as a campaign donor could potentially be more damage than good for whoever he supports.
He loves to reduce competition and create monopolies where possible to drive up the shareholder value. Of course, this means the reduction of staff & as well as shifting the remaining jobs from first-world countries to third-world countries - as a means to drive up shareholder value.
Donations should be capped, to prevent Billionaires meddling i n elections.
