Rooitwit Cheslin too would have been a worthy winner. What a brilliant player. 

People talk about finding replacements for aging Boks. One thing is certain you will be very lucky to find replacements for the likes of Ox, Marx, Eben, Du Toit and Cheslin. These are truly World class players. It's is these players and you could probably add in Pollard as a clutch kicker, that put the Boks on the top of the world.
