The Mueller Report . . .

Apr 23, 2019, 15:43

The premature ejaculation by the Trumpanzees on this forum shortly after the release of the Mueller report was expected and I'm sure Trumpanzees all over the USA reacted in a similar manner . . . Bozo is exonerated, Barr is a hero, we were right all along . . . blah blah blah.

What these dull-witted Trumpanzees are too stupid to realise is that the report does not exonerate Trump and rather exposes him as the weak, easily-manipulated fool that he is. While Mueller ultimately didn't have a mandate to charge Bozo with a crime, he certainly provided a document that - even after Bozo's stooge William Barr blacked out the worst bits - is still basically a recommendation to Congress to impeach Bozo.

The Mueller report is split into two volumes. Volume 1 concerns collusion and Volume 2 concerns obstruction of justice.

Volume 1 concludes that the Russian government "interfered in the 2016 presidential election in sweeping and systematic fashion" and "violated US criminal law." There were two methods used. Firstly, a Russian organization called Internet Research Agency waged a "social media campaign that favored presidential candidate Donald J Trump and disparaged presidential candidate Hillary Clinton." Secondly, the Russian Intelligence Service (GRU) hacked email accounts of Democrat campaign employees including campaign chairman John Podesta and also hacked the computer networks of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and the Democratic National Committee. As a result, the GRU obtained hundreds of thousands of hacked documents and released the documents that were the most damaging to Hillary Clinton through WikiLeaks and other Russian owned outlets.

To establish whether the Trump campaign committed any crimes, Mueller's investigators applied the framework of conspiracy law, not collusion because collusion "is not a specific offense or theory of liability found in the United States Code, nor is it a term of art in federal criminal law" so basically all of Bozo's daily whining about "no collusion" was nothing but self-pitying ignorance because collusion was never even on the table. The investigation found numerous instances of contact between Trump campaign officials and Russian government employees and also confirmed that Bozo's idiot sons Jr and Eric cited or retweeted content that was only available on the IRA-controlled social media accounts . . . but "the evidence was insufficient to show an illegal conspiracy" . . . except of course in the cases of Bozo's campaign chairman Paul Manafort and his sidekick Richard Gates who were found guilty of criminal offenses and are now serving time in jail.

So basically Bozo knew about the Russian interference and either covered his own tracks well enough not to get indicted or else was too stupid to know what was going on.

Volume 2 starts off by transcribing Bozo's reaction to the news that Mueller had been appointed to investigate Russian interference. Bozo's words (to Jeff Sessions) were: "Oh my God. This is terrible. This is the end of my presidency. I'm fucked. You were supposed to protect me". Protect you from what, Bozo?

On obstruction of justice the report "does not conclude that the President committed a crime, and it also does not exonerate him." The Mueller investigation basically chickened out of charging Bozo with a crime because a sitting president can't be indicted and because a criminal charge would hinder a sitting president's "capacity to govern and potentially preempt constitutional process for addressing presidential misconduct". Bozo was not exonerated and the only reason he wasn't charged with a crime was because of the damage it might cause to the country.

While the Trumpanzees are having a massive circle-jerk, Bozo's approval rating has gone into free-fall and the calls for his impeachment are getting louder by the day. All the signs are that the so-called "lightly redacted" Mueller report will be the nail in Bozo's coffin and if the unredacted version had been released he'd be gone already.

Still winning, Trumpanzees?

That is one very long post to attempt to save face, or actually..... just one very long excuse for getting it wrong...…… LMFAO

If asked..... was there any collusion at all with Russia..... Yes or No

You then proceed to copy and paste a 10 000 word article which basically says what everyone has been saying...… except Piss Mint...…… No collusion

Apr 23, 2019, 16:27

"but it's the Mueller investigation that will be the straw that breaks the camel's back."

"The gullible Trumpanzees on this board bought into this blatant political stunt hook, line, sinker, reel, rod, fisherman, jetty, beach, coastline and seaboard!"

That camel...…. she is not only walking, but trotting along nicely.... her back is perfectly fine

As for the Hook, Line, Sinker, Reel, Rod, Fisherman, Jetty, Beach, Coastline and Seaboard......please add the ocean of EGG that landed on your face to this list of yours, after this whole debacle...

This was a monstrous failure of epic proportions Rooinek…… you worst in the history of your posts...…. and I have no doubt at all that it is killing you to have to experience it with your fellow posters seeing just how incredibly stupid and intellectually inadequate you are

Apr 23, 2019, 16:34

Anybody with half a brain realizes a bunch of partisans desperately trying to get Trump, while being mocked every day by him.......would have brought charges if they had even a small chance of success.

Nice try Rooinek, or should I say long try.....but it changes nothing:

Trump 2/Rooinek 0

I am afraid you got it wrong again in quoting the above article and it is going to backfire again.   What did  Mueller actually found:-

*    That there was Russian interference in the electronic field in the election

*     That there was no evidence that Trump or any of his election staff in collusion with the Russians and consequently no basis to charge  Trump criminally with anything.

That is clear from the report.  Nobody not charged could be accused and charged with an offence in obstructing the investigation -  it is just not legally possible.   A person not accused or guilty of collusion  cannot be charged for obstruction of an investigation.

I am afraid that there is in fact no reason why Russia should prefer Trump ahead of Clinton as president,   Fact  is  that they benefitted from a deal that allowed them to buy 20% of the US uranium  reserve with the approval of Obama and facilitated by Clinton.   That is going to cause a major problem for the Clintons since their Foundation got paid $145 million for that deal.

That represent a solid reason for Clinton to win - once bribed you stay bribed  or will be blackmailed to do so.   The other farce is that Trump has done nothing to benefit Russia in any way since he became President,   Major fact is there was an upgrading on major scale of the US defense force,   How would that benefit Russia?

The funny part is that the shenanigans of the Obama administration and the Clintons will now come under investigation and they and their supporters in the media is going to get into deeper legal trouble they ever was.

I am not a Trump supporter - never was - but the .Democrats  are self-destructing themselves and  it is  going to cross them dearly in the elections in 2020.          .

"Wehe . . . the whimpering sound of delusional Trumpanzees who don't watch the news and are blissfully unaware of Bozo's plummeting approval rating."

"Not sure why you Trumpanzees are calling the whole Russian thing a hoax…"

"but Mueller is in no rush and he's just giving Bozo time to hang himself. He's applying the principles that Sun Tzu discusses in the Art of War"

"Mueller will outmaneuver and ultimately defeat Trump?—?even without indicting the president."

"Face the facts boys, Putin put Bozo into the White House because he knew what a weak, stupid and easily manipulated little puppet Bozo would be"

Those un-bolded quotes directly above this paragraph, are from the very same poster who I highlighted above

The level of outright stupidity and incredible naivety that Rooinek has displayed over the last 2 years to everyone on this forum, has just demonstrated what all of us have known about Piss Mint, ever since we first started interacting with him.....

He is of extremely low intellect or intelligence

He is a follower, not a leader

He is a pathological compulsive liar

He is a predator

He is a cadet, not a captain

He is as naïve as any 5 year old

He is …... Piss Mint

Mike the Clinton Foundation got 145 million kick back from the Russians.

Apr 23, 2019, 18:50

The Rasmussen Poll has Trump at 49%.

This was the most accurate poll in the 2016 election.

Trump heading for a landslide win.

Looking forward to the indictments now that the real criminals are being investigated.

Poor ou rooijackass, has anybody ever made a bigger loon of himself than this prize jackass. Hahahahahaha the oak is a natural comic.

Apr 23, 2019, 21:30

Beeno that national poll is problematic.   Nearly 40% of the Democratic Party voters are in Chicago,  New York and California.   That effectively mean the rating on national level is problematic for them.   That makes a huge difference in what happened in the composition of the Electoral College despite the fact that it represents 104 representatives.   To get to the magic 270 they have to win in more than 21 of the remaining  47 states - they won 21 in 2016 and it was not enough,

So Trump at 49 is actually a lot stronger in winning in more of the 47 states than he did in 2016   .

Apr 23, 2019, 22:48

No, man Maaik, Rooi said Trump is going to jail, he won't be able to run in 2020....Crims are not allowed to run for president...well I mean convicted felons.

Apr 24, 2019, 07:57

You have to be very careful not to duplicate or even match your biggest and most epic fail yet Rooinek...….

You should honestly just shut up...…… and leave Trump, as a topic..... alone for now.... because I think he has seriously hurt your credibility enough already on this forum, and probably to your friends, colleagues and family as well, considering how you have already performed on here

This egg will be dripping off your ugly mug for a few weeks after this...…..

Yours.... is a shocking example to young children all around the world...…..... of how not to grow up as an adult...… and act on...….or get brainwashed...... by the media ….. and then proceed to make a complete and utter dick of yourself in front of everyone, either in person, or on the internet

A true classic...….. and fucking hilarious

Apr 24, 2019, 09:33

For the delusional Trumpanzees who still think Bozo came out of the Mueller investigation smelling like roses, here is some reading material that might open your eyes and help you to understand why Bozo is still bleating and whining about the report's findings like a pathetic little child who has been sent to the naughty corner.

A continuous act of stupid and childlike actions, that ultimately lead to the total and utter embarrassment of the individual involved.

Apr 24, 2019, 10:30

Not having much to do I looked at the election results in 2016 -

Republic Party

Won by more than 20%             =    17 states

Won by between 10 and 19%    =     2  states

Won by between  5 and 9%       =     4  states

Won by less than 5%                 =      4 states

The four states won by less than  5% are -

Florida, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin

Democratic Party

Won by more than 20%             =     7 states

Won by between 10 and 19%    =     7  states

Won by between  5 and 9%       =     1  state

Won by less than 5%                 =      6 states

The six states won by less than  5% are -

Colorado, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire and  Virginia

Research and Polls done in connection with Voter Attitudes

There  has been determined  that in the 2016 election the attitude of voters in the Latino and African Americans have changed substantially.   In general the results were influenced by a string of propaganda  about -

*    Trump being a racialist and a thread to females; and

*    Many Latino's would be sent back to the countries they came from.

The above resulted in the following outcomes in the elections:-

*    In the African-American voters case 94% of the female voters voted for Clinton, while 81% of the male voters voted for her; and

*    Amongst the Latino voters Clinton got 65% of the votes as against 35% supporting Trump

Results of research indicate that the support amongst the two categories are at present as follows:-

African Americans     =     Democrats   80%    -    Republicans     20%

Latino's                       =     Democrats   50%    -    Republicans     50%

The change have been caused by the economic improvement in the communities involved and the fact that most of the fear mongering  of the DP has largely failed to produce the results the Democratic Party claimed it would.

There is another large problem that has plagued those communities for years,   The Democrats have used the voters from those two components as voting fodder and have between elections not dome much to improve their living environment.

According to the poll by Rasmussen is anything to go by then there is a 4% increase in the popularity of  Trump and it should be borne in mind was the sole polling agents in the USA that forecasted that Trump would win the 2016 election.   The rest of the polling agencies gave Clinton to win by between  5 and 20 percentage points and they are going the same route for 2020 as they did in 2016.

If the above is borne in mind  -

*    none of the 4 states the Republicans won in 2016 are under thread of going to the Democratic Party in 2020; and

*   the Democrats will lose all six states where their majority was less than 5%;.

That in fact may  represent a loss of a further  45 Electoral College votes.

There are about 4 Democratic states that would become "battle ground states" if the above evaluation is borne in mind.     In this category are states like Delaware, Connecticut, New Jersey and Oregon.

Apr 25, 2019, 10:11

The funny part is that there is a big noise about the ten “instances of possible obstruction” which has, according to the NYT now become “about a dozen" (.....The report by Robert S. Mueller III, the special counsel, explored about a dozen episodes in which President Trump’s actions raised concerns about obstruction of justice). Nobody really discuss those instances.

When you follow the links in the article that Rooinek quoted, you are led to another NYT article which discusses those instances. Even the NYT declares there is only possible improper intent present in them. Remember that that is concluded by Mueller and his full team of anti Trumpers. It clearly indicates that even they could not find enough definitive evidence of improper intent.

The irony is that Cory Lewandowski has already publicly denied that he put pressure on Sessions (Trump instructed former campaign manager Corey Lewandowski to have Sessions publicly announce that,....). In other words, Lewandowski has actually publicly accused Mueller of lying.

Then there is, of course, the case of Jerome Corsi. Mueller tried to push him into a plea deal on a false accusation and Corsi called their bluff by refusing the deal and challenging them to charge him. Nothing came of it and they left him alone. They effectively tried to get him to lie on their behalf.

It is nowhere near in the interest of the American people for the Dems or the media to keep pushing this agenda but I personally hope they do.

Apr 25, 2019, 11:12

Well said Cera

Trump surge: US President surpasses Barrack Obama’s rating in latest shock approval poll

DONALD TRUMP has hit his highest rating during his presidency surpassing Barrack Obama’s previous rating approval, a new poll has reported.

In a new poll released on Sunday, the US President received 47 percent approval for his work in the White House. According to the poll, produced by Washington Post and ABC News, Trump has gained five points on his previous rating since April. Moreover, the President has surpassed Mr Obama, who at the same time in his first-term received 46 percent according to Gallup.

Jul 08, 2019, 10:18

Oh no...…..

Surely this cannot be true...… because …… it's Trump...….

Jul 08, 2019, 10:33

Oh please!

Brainwashed redneck finds some right wing poll on the internet that says Trump's ratings are through the roof so it must be true.

I've been tracking Bozo's approval ratings for months on the same fivethirtyeight site and his ratings have remained constantly at between 40 and 43% approval for the last 6 months, the only blip being when it plunged after he shut down the government for those few weeks in January.

There has been no sudden improvement in Bozo's ratings and not once in his entire presidency has he ever been ahead of Barack Obama at the same time in their term.

Jul 08, 2019, 10:45

Hahaha. When Gallup rates in your favour they are reputable When they rate Trump, they are right wing. Nothing new.

Jul 08, 2019, 10:48

What can one say about ou rooitwit. Along with sharktwit I have never encountered such gullible brainwased persons. They suck up all the PC   BS like a sponge.

Sharktwit tells me he won't watch a clip because the clip could be far right wing. He doesn't know what the clip is saying but is so bigoted he refuses to watch.

This is the fundamental problem they face. Leads to them being a complete captive of the Globalist propaganda machine. A 100% alignment.

Parrots regurgitating whatever they are feed with no ability or even desire to search a matter out.

Hence they stumble from one calamity to the next.

It's the same with Trump. TDS is real because when you can't give credit where it's due and insist everything he does and all that he is is bad you make a prize jackass of yourself. Especially since Trump has been a huge success.

Unfortunately rooitwit and sharktwit seem unlikely to ever learn. They are slaves and are likely to remain so.

Jul 08, 2019, 11:12

Ag Ceradunce, just click on the link I provided and you'll see the trend, whether it comes from a source that you like or don't like . . . the trends should be similar. The site I linked is an aggregated approval rating site that uses all different sources including some of Baboon-ou's right wing poll sites like Rasmussen. It also show's Bozo's ratings compared to every other president in the last 50 years.

Now, you put up a similar trending site from your sources that show this massive spike in approval rating that you are jerking off about.

Come on then big-mouth. Put up or shut up.

Jul 08, 2019, 13:26

Rooitwit I followed the polling before the 2016. I saw clips that went into how these polls were done. The oversampling of demonrats etc.

The RealClearpolitics aggregation of polls is full of hard left polls but even with them Trump is at a healthy just under 45%. So he could actually be at 55 % or even more.

I see many demonrats conceding he can't be beaten in 2020. The biggest concern are illegal alien votes and voter fraud by the demonrats.

Isn't it time you wised up even a little. You are now a laughing stock rooitwit.

Trump has made a complete chump of you. ROOIBOZO THE ANTI TRUMP CHUMP! " HILLARIOUS!!!!

Jul 08, 2019, 13:30

Rooibozo you need to ask yourself why the globalist MSM is tanking.

Why the demonrat presidential are making such fools of theselves but you still support them.

How can you be so dumb!

Jul 08, 2019, 15:28

Trump's approval rating will always be lower than the approval for his policies......which is the opposite of Obama. Ergo Trump's lead over Obama on personal approval ratings at this stage is particularly impressive and significant.

Jul 09, 2019, 09:13

On the RealCkearPolitics today the polls average is just over 45% Rasmussen has him at 50%

The fake news polls were between 10 and 15% out.

Hence it is extremely unlikely Trump is polling below 50% Could be significantly higher.

Jul 09, 2019, 09:25

Hmmm . . . so which of these polls indicates the big spike in approval rating that Ceradunce was banging on about . . . or are you so stupid that you still haven't twigged what I'm asking for?

I don't know how to dumb it down any further. Your poll might say 45% and my poll says 42.3% which isn't that different. The difference is I can track my poll back for a few months and whatever the % is and whether you agree with it or not, it doesn't show any recent sudden increase. Ceradunce's post talks of a surge for Trump where his rating increased by 5 points. I'm just asking for a link so we can see that big surge for ourselves. The point is not about whether it's 40%, 50% or even 75% . . . it's the sudden increase that I'm interested in.

Jul 09, 2019, 11:21

Polls do not win elections - votes do.   Fact is the polls in the USA are basically operated by the news media operators,   That is why the polls in 2015 was so wildly out.   They have a fixed list of people they use in surveys with premediated outcomes being normal.

They use polls to try and influence the electorate.    Let mee explain - in polls of left wing nedia houses there is an over-estimate of African American and Latino  polled people and a shortage of the majority of voters - White working class voters,  Fact is the polling institutions do not take that majority of the voters seriously and that is what was happening  in 2016 and is still the case today,

The other problem is that the DP is self-destructing - they have in their midst extreme leftists who cry louder than the  rest and is a danger sign for the majority of the voters - who are vary of socialists regimes.   and do not wish to go the way the socialists want to go.

There is a core group of about 40% who are socialist supporters - but that group is concentrated in -

*    California, New York, Chicago, Massachusetts, Maryland and  New Jersey,

The above states went heavily for Clinton in 2016 - and is subject to media propaganda supporting a future socialist regime.   I doubt very much if that lot can win the election with the proposed mad spending the new Democratic policy would require,  They are going to be cut in pieces by the voters.

Incidentally the news media favourites are Harris and Warren.   Warren lied to enter University claiming American Indian descend and is going to be subjected to constant attacks on that score,   Harris is not going to make it either - her father is a Jamaican and her mother an Indian.  She is part of the extreme socialist regime.

We will have to see who comes out on top in the crowded Democratic candidate field, but my feeling is that the DP candidate will end up with a long list of negatives/labilities.  Definite socialists like Warren and Harris are not going to make the Grade.

Your erstwhile favourite Bete O'Rourke is going backwards in the polls and his chances of being a potential candidate is zero.

I stick to real situations and the present situation is that the DP is in a serious political  mess they would battle to get out of it.   There are two further reports that will embarrass them further coming out soon and that is going to land some people in jail - especially those the DNC used in 2016 to carry out their false propaganda about Russian involvement in the Trump campaign.   .

Jul 09, 2019, 11:33

"Let mee xplain - in polls of left wing nedia houses . . ."

Ou Maaik, no need to . . . ummmm . . . explain. If you read what I said above it's not the percentage of the poll I'm asking about or the validity of that poll, it's the spike. Whether the poll is from the left or the right is not the issue, I'm asking Ceradunce to show the trend of whatever poll he got that information from.

Please at least try to keep up.

Jul 09, 2019, 13:49

I would not quote polls as a norm at all - they are totally unreliable since they are totally unreliable as was proven in 2016.

What I do believe in is through academic studies and those were the tendencies in African American and Latino voters,

I think that the Democrats are splitting into the left and center groups.   In the 2016 the liberals and a major component of the Republican Establishment voted for the candidate of the Liberal Party.   With the present Socialist and Open Border approach of the Democrats - a new candidate of the Liberal party will gain a lot of center Democrat votes - with most of the Republicans who voted Liberal in 2016 going back to their party roots.   They will be scared as hell about the Democratic Socialists calling the shots at present.

Jul 09, 2019, 13:57

"I would not quote polls as a norm at all - they are totally unreliable since they are totally unreliable as was proven in 2016."

Well ou Maaik, apart from the fact that "they are totally unreliable since they are totally unreliable" is not a particularly convincing argument, you should address your complaint to Ceradunce as he was the one who started the whole poll thing. I was just asking him to show the trending of those polls.

Jul 09, 2019, 22:45

Here you go Peeper....

2019, 9:58 AM CDT By Allan Smith President Donald Trump just hit his highest approval rating in The Washington Post/ABC News poll so far in his presidency, but the majority of American voters disagree with his handling of every major issue aside from the economy.

Released Sunday, the poll shows Trump's approval at 44 percent, with 53 percent of Americans disagreeing with his performance. That is an improvement of 5 percentage points in his approval rating since April. Narrow the poll down to registered voters, and Trump's approval stands at 47 percent, while his disapproval is at 50 percent.

Support for opening an impeachment inquiry has dropped in The Washington Post/ABC survey as well, with 37 percent of respondents saying Congress should begin the proceedings and 59 percent saying it should not. Last August, 49 percent of respondents said Congress should launch an impeachment inquiry, while 46 percent were against the start of proceedings.

And just in case you are still confused, perhaps you should consider this....if somebody is at their highest rating, what direction does the trend have to be? Do you get that, if not draw yourself a picture Thickus.
