If he does not show up he can be arrested for contempt. That can also be used against him by the DOJ. Solid progress, probably an arrest in December after the elections. Could be a great Christmas present for all. 

The kiddies want to put information to him they dreamed up and if there ever were conspiracy theories at work - this is it.    About 600 unarmed people stage an insurrection attempt  that endangered democracy in the country.    The only person killed was an unarmed women in respect of which the judicial enquiry needed in  such a case was never held. - the security doors were opened to allow entry into the Capitol to allow the protestors in so that the according to facts and not conspiracy theories - the Demcorats could use it to their hysteric best through a Kangaroo Court hearing by a political hit squad appointed entirely by Pelosi in the upcoming elections which they hope would distract the voters from their real suffering caused by corrupt and incompetence of the Biden Presidency and vote for the Democrats.

What they do realize and fear worse than death is that the Demcorats are bound to lose and lose badly - so the way will be open for the new House to deal harshly with them when it comes to Democratic Party misdeeds and criminal activities.    

The Republicans will no doubt dismantle the hornet nest in the WH and get rid of the criminal elements involved.    They could use the anti-judicial processes the Democrats follow - but have more decency and will stick to real judicial processes that would allow the people giving evidence to be cross-examined - not the present sideshow where accusations are made and not tested on a sound judicial basis.

I love the way the Democrats and their bureaucratic sidekicks are going to suffer.   Dr Death had already indicated that he would resign in January.    That will not save him from  the very real investigations that is a certainty in future.

That is an accident - but then reality hurts you badly and the farce goes on.   We will know by 9 November 2022 how many House and Senate seats the Democrats have lost.    Analyzing the 2020 results the number could be as high as 64 House seats and 4 Senate seats.

The New Jersey Governor election earlier this year must always be borne in mind though.   After all the votes were counted the Republican candidate had a lead of 20 000  votes and he won.  These results came from Politico  - so then suddenly out of the blue 40 000 votes for the Democratic Party candidate was discovered and counting restarted  and the Democratic Party candidate won by 20 000 votes,    Where those 40 000 votes came from nobody knows - but it is likely from some graveyards in the state where "late" votes were collected.    Standard Democrat procedure I am afraid.
