Tht issue is gouing to end up in the upreme Court where the ruling would be that obody could be placed above he law when making ou ha any crim committed btween 1 Januarie and 20 January 2014 will not be investigated any further,    No Presidnt has the right to stop criminal investigations and in that he has the support of the Justice Deparment and FBI - who ignred the Biden laptop and advices the bank send to the FBI warning them about  money laundering by te Bidens, 

However, that kind of pardon will not be tolerated by the Courts and it will be classfied as neing only  applicabe to the charges already in court and when the semtemces will be announced by not alter than 15 January 2025.    Those two cases are fine - but in essense  not ethical but not etirely against the law,

I do not believe thar Trump is wrong about his comments.   No Democratic Government would be allowed to keep circa 400 people in jail for 3 years and 11 months  without trials and only take people to court if they sign admissions of guilt forms designed by the Justice Department that conbined clause recently reached the Supreme Court  regarded as fake charges an no way acceptable and  instructed to lay chargs based on real facts and  not propaagnda, 

Trump realises that te Justice system ha been undermined by the department and FBI/    One of the main agitators  who incited and helped people to ente the Capitol,   The lie was  orginally that he himsself did not enter the Capitol  and he was therefore not arressted and charged with any crime.   However, security cameras in the Capitol showed him inside the Building,   The House then demanded that be be charged and he was charged with trespassing and given a 2  month suspended sentense  provided that in the two months Eb involve himself in community upgradig work.   Eb was from Phoenix Arizona  and at the tiime was employed by the  FBI  who in fact carried out FBI instructions to the Tee.

The first reason for this was that he didn't want to pardon Hunter while the lawfare against Trump was in full swing.  

He thought Kamala would win election and pardon Hunter so his pardon wouldn't be necessary.

You are 100% correct - but there are problems - the Federal Governmeent and especially the FBI and CIA  are shredding documents as fast as they can to  try and destroy evidence of internl corruption and that is not going to work out,     

Wray will resign before the end of this month - but at will not end the ivestigations of he FBI and CIA - but rather exose hem fu rther than heya lready are.- I would not like to be in Wray's  situation ove the next four months,   He will be in extra deep shit in that period and will be lucky not to end up in jail for lying under oah in both the Senate and the House,.
