Love Paddy, such a character. I'm not heavy into these sports but I'm curious about how this one will play out.

Yes, Paddy is a funny character. The guy loves eating a lot and usually, in between fights, he becomes quite fat:) Then they start calling him Paddy the Fatty Pimblett.
The fight is on Sunday morning, the 25th of Jan, at 4 AM. I also heard that Justin Gaethje might be retiring after this fight, apparently.
I'm here...waar's julle?
This little chinaman is shutting O'Malley down...one apiece going into the final round
Then Sean fights a great 3rd round.
might be a decision to O'Malley
Eish, Gaethje is 37...well, his body is 37. His brain is probably closing in on 90
Here we go...
Very much doubt this be a long one.
Most likely outcome...Gaethje overextends, loses his back and gets choked out.
Gaethje dropped Paddy early in the round.
Now an eye poke from Gaethje.
....no way this goes the distance
1st round done.
Probably a drawn round but Gaethje did get the knock down.
2nd Round done
Paddy feeling that dad strength and as Gaethje just pummelled him in the second half of that round. Another knock down and bunch of ground and pound all adding to Paddy's pain
3rd round done
All Paddy in that round as landed a bunch of leg kicks, stiff jabs and a good few rights
Round 4 done
Gaethje resumed busting Paddy up in that round. Paddy looks like he was hit by a train.
Final round coming and it's 3-1 to Gaethje...Paddy needs a finish
5th round done
Last round was pretty even with Paddy finally going for a takedown but failing to get get Gaethje to the mat.
Lol Gaethje wins this one on points - unless there is some scorecard skelemgeid.
Decision...
48-47
49-46
49-46
Gaethje wins it!!!
Good job old toppie!!!!
Gaethje is one tough Motherfucker...but so is Paddy. Paddy took those shots and stood to the end.
Congrats Justin, your the man...now comes Ilia Topuria

Justin Gaethje vs Paddy Pimblett is an interesting matchup. Justin is a fighter who’s been around the block, while Pimblett is a skilled younger fighter who is still unbeaten in the UFC.
Paddy is good and clearly talented, but Justin is a pressure fighter with serious knockout power. He also has a lot of experience and has gone the full distance more than once against top level opponents.
For Pimblett to win, I think he’ll have to be committed from the start and be ready for all the rounds. He can’t allow Justin to settle into his pressure and power. Mixing things up and fighting smart will be important for him.
I’m leaning towards a Gaethje win because of his experience and brute force, but Pimblett can make an impact if he fights clever and brings pressure in the right moments.
