The kid credits his parents for his success. His father gave up his job to drive him to a club which is 90km away from home and his mum prepared their meals at 2 in the morning. His brother took over his father's job. Don't think he played in his first year in the IPL they sort of just ironed out his flaws but in his time at the crease he credits(Jaiswal) for his support and guidance.
He is some talent and then some.

Almost hard to believe but 14 year old Vaibhav Suryavanshi has just come out to open the batting for Rajasthan Royals . . . and he's hit 2 sixes already, including the very first ball.
Note that he only turned 14 two weeks ago!
