Been spoken in the same breath as Stubbs and Brevis.
Watch out for Jordan Hermann too!

One has to bear in mind that the players ace bowlers from all over the world and they did well against the bowling attack. So who have done well in batting thus far of the SA Batters -
1 Ferreira
2 De Kock
3 Brevis
4 Rickelton
None of the old guard did enough to be mentioned and none of the SA international players are in the mix. Rickelton was on the fringes and De Kock would not play for SA in view of the shit resulting from SA Cricket actions and selections.
Yeah Ferreira looked good - he can hit a long ball. Big lad
Bowls useful offies
Agreed Flash Hermann looks a class act, vert stylish left handed bat and is only 21
Dave although in the matches today both Brewis and Ferreira failed - Roelofsen was the best batter today. I still think we have a pool of top class batsmen available from the younger players. In fact all the Protea players in the series were either not bidden on or were failures when playing thus far in the series.
Malan was also disappointing in both matches he played in.
The ball that got Brevis was beastly!
Brave and smart to try the in swining yorker on him first up.
Stubbs ain't having a great time with the bat for the Eastern Cape team.
Little AB out for a duck.....not his first or his last.
Markram has a few good plays with the bat.
The money that Stubbs, Jansen and Brevis earned for this T20 set of games was pretty high judging by their performances thus far.
Brewis is the highest scoring batsman in the competition thus far. He scored a duck yesterday - but he scored 42 runs of the 106 runs needed to win the match today.
Mike, have you ever faced an inswinging yorker bowled @ 125 clicks?
If not, lets rather appreciate the perfect delivery to Brevis rather than slate the chap for getting out to a masterful(or very lucky) delivery. The only way you survive that ball is by it missing leg or by getting a lucky edge on it.
Bloody hell, that is a phenomenal ball.....
Not many cricket greats would have kept that ball out..... not even
one name springs to mind
I do not have a problem with Brewis. He is a star player 10 times better than any of the Protea batsmen are at present.
De Kock whom Mozart shit over all the time has scored more runs than Brevis in the series and was a key to the Durban team as captain. He thus far has scored more runs than Brewis did and is the top run scorer in the series. The latter team beat the Paarl team yesterday.
The other player I commented on is Mulder. He is used as the number 3 batsman and did reasonably well in that position. He opened the batting yesterday and was very good. I believe that was done because the team management think that it is not wise to open the batting with two lefthanders. be it as it may Mulder also made a positive contribution to the bowling effort yesterday.
Well, there's a few who've had big wraps about Mulder, one swallow doesn't make it summer but I'm glad for him and for those who've always believed in him. Hope he gains momentum going forward
sometimes it takes just one innings to get the ball rolling.
That was an amazing ball that got Brevis in his second game - fuck me it swung miles and was a perfect yorker

impressive.......can bat a bit this boy. They reckon he can bowl a bit as well let alone being a wicketkeeper.
