Be interesting to see how our gals go in a series on foreign turf.

They’ve been awesome on home turf, warriors from 1 to 11 is probably a better description but will that same attitude prevail on foreign turf?

To add to the spice there’s a couple of exciting new comers to the team who could do with the experience. Tannie is back, chosen ahead of another new and exciting younger player.

Go you Lekker things!

Well Denny I am with you on the ladies success on local turf but they have not maintained that form with the new look squad in New Zealand.

Failure at open bat by Luus, Britz is just a slugger at just about everything bowled to her and some of the new "finds" are simply out of their depth at this level of cricket.

Sure some are new to this level of the game, but simply do not have the skill or natural ability to deliver.

Sad but true in my humble opinion.

I fail to understand why the top order was changed, Laura was a machine and has been for innings after innings. There’s a lack of consistency once she departs.

The attack is toothless, dumb and erratic. Star player Nadine has failed to step up and Marizanne is sorely missed.

Correct Denny.

I understand that new blood is required needs exposure to gain experience to replace the older players but not wholesale changes such as the management has made.

Unbelievable and it just shows the quality and lack of experience of the folks calling the shots.

The skipper has been the mainstay of the Ladies team for a while now and I shudder at the thought of her retiring one day because there is no one with enough experience or talent to replace her.
