I do think that the guy who should be in the SA Isquad to face India should be Brevis - not Van Der Dussen who failed badly in the IPL. One has to be able to play the Indians with coinfidence and the Indians will ensure that Van der Dussen will be a failure against them.
Brevis got one good score in the IPL and most other times he was average unfortunately.
The lad is being pushed to early but he has the potential to be great with the bat.
Give him time and space to mature and he has the potential to be another great cricketer.
Sadly Van D has been yet another failure.
But the excellent performances from de Kock both with the bat and behind the stumps is a pleasure to watch and admire.
Just wanted to mention that Nortje and Jansen really did zero with the ball in the IPL games I watched.
Faf du Plessis has really had an excellent IPL series this year and has been outstanding as a skipper in my opinion.
Miller....well what can you say about his batting other than he has delivered a class performance each time his team is in the hunt for victory.
Yesterdays game was a highlight of his power and class with the bat.

In your case, DA, the gimp yet again attempts to rely on same. Even at club level cricket in England, they call foreign players “international players”. In other instances international player means only players that have represented their countries. There are multiple uses for the phrase…that much is glaringly obvious.
So, when somebody has to continually rely on ambiguity simply to tread water, it kinda tells you that they’re struggling their balls off.
