A not so nice loss by our gals in ODI-2.......after posting a world record ODI total they blew the win with two dropped catches.....1st one when A.Kerr was on 11(must say it was a difficult chance) but the 2nd one was a dolly dropped by the 'keeper off the same bat on 126......Amanda Kerr went on to score the winning runs with a total of 179 runs.
Catches they say win matches.
Bummer!
1. It wasn’t a world record odi total.
2. It wasn’t even our highest odi total
2. Her name is Amelia.
1) Thought you said you were going to ignore me Huh? Nothings changed, can't help but follow me around ready to pounce Huh?
2) The commentators published a list of women highest ODI scores and according to the list our ladies broke the record.
3) Tx for correcting my spelling and thanx once again for another insightful post.
So glad you can't ignore me, I feel lost without your attention.
Tell me Chimp-ou........don't you think you've overstayed your visit from outside your cage?
I tried ignoring you... its so hard when i see the shit you post.
The score today isnt even in the top 100.
So Im not sure who you were listening to, but they clearly know even less than you.
Look here clown: https://www.espncricinfo.com/records/highest-innings-totals-211599
I tried ignoring you... its so hard when i see the shit you post.
You did, well now that's kinda funny, it didn't last very long, but it makes sense in a way because it appears that you're attracted to shit. Bwhahahahahaha
So to your way of thinking the more shit I post the more you'll 'ignore' me.
I know what your real problem is—it's that you can't post about cricket as well as I do, or even better. Oh forget that—you can't create a cricket or rugby post like you do about a "penis pump" and the sexual connotations involving someone's mother.
Your last disgusting avatar speaks volumes of the filth in you.
You're right, I post shit......whereas you are shit.
I'm glad you've found a reason to stick around, though... maybe one day we'll get a half-decent post out of you....I won't hold my breath.
Tx for correcting my epic failures.......mind sharing your thoughts on the game now Hhhhhhmmm?
It’s great to see Laura Wolvaardt finding her rhythm again in the ODIs—the shift from the T20s seems to have given her the breathing room she needed. Honestly, if she stays fit and motivated until 35, we aren’t just looking at a Proteas legend; we’re looking at the future all-time leading ODI run-scorer. Her technical ceiling is just that high.
A few more thoughts on the current state of the squad:
I used to be skeptical about Nadine de Klerk, but I’ve happily eaten my words. She’s developed that "over my dead body" attitude that every great side needs—a pure scrap-fighter. Between her and Tryon, we finally have an established core, but it’s the addition of Kayla Reyneke that makes this 6/7/8 axis truly scary.
Reyneke is the real deal. To be dismissed only twice in seven international innings at age 20 suggests a level of composure you just can't teach. That 2nd ODI was legendary—holding your nerve to hit a 6 off the final ball isn't just skill; it’s a massive statement of intent. Between her and Annerie Dercksen, the future of our middle-order power hitting looks incredibly secure.
While the batting is blossoming, the bowling remains the "elephant in the room." We are officially in the post-Shabnim Ismail era, and with Marizanne Kapp nearing the twilight of her career, the lack of a genuine, terrifying strike bowler is a massive concern. We’re holding lines well, but we lack that "fear factor" at the top of the innings. Finding a successor to lead the attack is the final piece of the puzzle if this team wants to stay in the world's top three.
What do you think? Who is the next genuine pace prospect that can step up once Kappie calls it a day?

chasing NZ's formidable total of 269. 19yr Newb won LOM with a stunning display of batting.
Khaka(not a fan) grabbed herself 4 wickets which follows a six she took in the previous test.
Laura and Tamzim need to find form.
