Denny... instead of being a cock and creating a new thread for everything you want to say, put it under 1 thread man!
It makes it so hard to keep track of your crap.

You thought it was a ‘no brainer’. Yes it was, anybody with any cricket brains would have realized getting a few early wickets wouldn’t justify the decision. Batting fourth is always a liability.

Summary
1) Bavuma made the right call to bat even though I would argue it was a no-brainer....but well done Tembu.
2) Rabada was brilliant, he made the batsman play by putting the ball in the right areas off a great line.
3) Jansen is a much improved bowler and works well with Rabada with his line, length and bounce.
4) Mulder is another much improved bowler, never thought much of him but he's a lot better and deserves a wicket or two.
5) Ngidi is just strond. A Chippo favourite say no more. A bloody shame when there's better around.
6) Bavuma pulled him off quick smart after he noticed Ngidi breathing life into the Ozzie batting. Another very good bit of captaincy.
Think it's a good wicket offering equal value to both batsman and bowler. They say that the wicket remains the same whether on 1 or 80 runs, to me it seems like it will flatten out and that the proteas have had the best of the conditions, exactly why it was critically important to bowl. Time will tell but if it flattens out then once again the Proteas will have the best of the conditions.
Stuart Broad has proven to be a valuable addition as a bowling coach.
