Tottenham Hotspur are not the most fashionable team to support in the EPL. In fact, I've often wondered about the decision I made about 45 years ago when I became a Tottenham supporter (mainly because of the great Glenn Hoddle) and the amount of pain and hardship I've had to endure because of that poor decision.
Because I'm one if the few Tottenham supporters people know, I got a lot of Whatsapp messages congratulating me after Spurs beat the champions Manchester City 4-0 at the Etihad stadium. I responded to all those messages saying that Spurs own Man City the same way Chelsea own Tottenham.
Tonight watching Spurs squander a 2-0 lead and lose 4-3 to Chelsea validates what I said.

Chelsea own Spurs. There's no two ways about it.
