The whole BS about the January 6 incident was based on propaganda lies and on judicial abuse by t he DP, Proof even Smith could find no evidence that could b e used against Trump in court. No prove o/f an insurrection could be fond and there were no murder of Police took place - while the Police murdered two protestors.
What happened in reality was that Police arrested 1 600 people. So fop 8 months they charged nobody and then used a system that was totally illegal - namely to tell the imprisoned people they would remain in jail until they sign an admission of guilt form concocted by the Justice Department, Doing that it means that t he Justice Department did not need proof of evidence to find people guilty of any crime whatsoever. and in the end -
In any event the January 6 incident. had nothing to do with the present results of Biden's Open Border policies allowing at least 500 000 people with criminal records into the USA illegally, The Democratic Party conduct was unconstitutional - but the real motive was to get the illegals into the country- register them as voters without US citizenship proved and use them in future to win elections/
The Trump Administration started to deport criminals from, the country and the Democrats oppose it all out. So when illegal migrant criminals are arrested in Democratic Party controlled cities and states the criminals are NOT charged with crimes - even murder.
