With a rookie team, decimated by players departing for LIV golf, he made a match of the President’s Cup. At one  stage it seemed the Internationals actually had a shot…..and they won the combined last two days.

Immelman was articulate, passionate and a real leader…..what a contrast with Harrassmiss’ bad sportsmanship.

This is a site for sports not otherwise provided for and the village idiot use it as another way of getting at Erasmus.    We get idiots on site and this is just another proof of it.

Just a question prejudiced BSter - why did you never cirticize Meyer and Coetzee when the F#cked up totally - but on a daily basis attack Erasmus?   Please explain that one to site members.

Sep 27, 2022, 02:48

So I’m an idiot……okay go ahead Mike integrate x squared….prove you are not an uneducated, provincial government hack.

Sep 27, 2022, 07:31

No Mozart

I asked you an honest question and you came up with BS again.   You never criticized Meyer and Coetzee - but always attack Erasmus.   Why?

Sep 28, 2022, 00:53

Oh I never criticized Coetzee:

A brutally honest assessment from Cardinelli

Here is the real core problem, we are trying to play a game we are not good at.....if we had Eddie as our coach, as so many now wish, we would be playing much more like England. And winning. Coetzee, Smith and Venter are destroying Bok rugby.

..

Recent results and performances have highlighted the poor planning and tactical shortcomings of the Springbok coaching team, writes JON CARDINELLI.

The All Blacks went into the clash against the Boks two weeks ago without senior players of the calibre of Ben Smith, Owen Franks, Joe Moody and Israel Dagg. Six of the 15 players who started that Test had fewer than 20 Test caps. The All Blacks still scored eight tries and handed the Boks their heaviest Test defeat in history.

More recently, the All Blacks travelled to Argentina without the afore-mentioned players as well as Sam Whitelock, Brodie Retallick, Sam Cane and Liam Squire. The All Blacks – fielding nine players in the starting XV with fewer than 20 caps – ran in five tries and claimed a 26-point win.

Consider what the All Blacks could accomplish in any one-off match between now and the 2019 World Cup final if they had all of their best players fit and available. Consider how strong they could be in terms of player depth by the time that global tournament comes to pass.

The All Blacks in their current guise are the product of careful planning. All five of the New Zealand franchises work together to ensure that the national side is as strong as it can possibly be. On top of that, a crack team of coaches is constantly searching for new ways to boost the levels of performance.

Actually Cardinelli is one of the very few SA reporters worth reading. Racism is a problem. Structures, whatever that means, is likely a problem.....but one decent coach would pull us out of this mire. We not only failed to beat Oz at home for the first time in 5 years....we failed to beat a rotten Oz team who were as poorly coached as we are.

...

England isn't playing AB rugby. Ireland wasn't playing AB rugby when they beat NZ in Chicago.....nor were the Lions when they matched them down under. They played an improved version of their traditional games, added some forward passing skills and worked on attacking variations. But they still kicked when there was space behind, focused on set pieces and valued defence as a a crucial winning tool. So should we.

Coetzee has to go

.....thrice. How many more experts and fans have to say this, how many more huge losses have to be endured....before SA Rugby do what any other sports franchise or business would do......FIRE THE INCOMPETENT!

Sep 28, 2022, 00:54

I expect an apology Comrade.

Sep 28, 2022, 11:29

Bioth articles quoted by you above indicates the opinion from Cardinelli - which was negative iro Coetzee - but you supported the appointment of Coetzee and never said anything about Coetzee being fired.     Quoting two newspaper articles a year before Coetzee was actually fired and not doing a weekly attack on Erasmus and Nienaber never took place in that year of utter silence.

When Coetzee was eventually fired and Erasmus appointed your response entailed a near to weeping reponse about the tragedy that struck SA Rugby.

Insofr as that useless coach Meyer is concerned  not a word of criticism for four years of th coach took place - even when the shit hit the fan in the EOYT of 2014 and losing of all the Rugby Championship tests and the Japan disaster of 2015 - 9 tests played won 3 and lost 6.

So no apologies dimness - the shit you wrote on site is continuous and never change.       .

Sep 29, 2022, 05:19

Apologize you piece of shit:

Dec 21, 2017, 14:20

Is that it’s not working. We don’t know how much another coach could improve things......but we have the Jake example and the Eddie example that suggest these strong rugby nations can be improved in a hurry.

So why keep Alistair. The main argument seems to be a sense of fairness. The mental midget Joel Stransky is the latest making this case. Alistair isn’t solely responsible. Sure. As I predicted Smith and Venter who had lots of authority weren’t the answer.

But it’s not working and there is really no discernable positive trend. The last time we beat a top 5 team Morne was at the helm. And this is not a matter of fairness.....it’s about performance. Alistair has shown zero ability to perform, we should not be inventing reasons to keep him......thank him for his efforts and send him on his way.

Sep 29, 2022, 07:49

Oops

Oct 01, 2022, 04:48

And the cowardly Comrade runs away.

Oct 01, 2022, 12:03

Not running away at all  there were two coaches mentioned and in four years Mozart himself wrote on critical comment and put on site 2 articles in which unhappiness is expressed about Coetzee/.

Compare that with his total daily/weekly and monthly attacks on Erasmus and that will put things into perspective.   Sorry Mozart -  but you are indeed prejudiced  and that makes you subject to poor judggement on rugby and in fact all codes of sport issues.

Oct 02, 2022, 17:17

Just not a big enough man to admit your mistakes Comrade.

Oct 02, 2022, 17:34

It was snot a mistake - over 5  years you moaned about Coetzee once and never about Meyer - who himself was a disaster as a coach.     I get it though - you wrote that criticism of Coetzee in the hope that Meyer gets the job back or that White be appointed and then pissed yourself   when  Erasmus was appointed.   You moam about Erasmus and Nienaber at least twice a week on average.   That makes it zero to Mozart and 10 to me.

Oct 02, 2022, 17:52

I quote from your uneducated prose:

why did you never cirticize Meyer and Coetzee when the F#cked up totally’

Notice the word ‘never’ Comrade . Be a man and apologize.

Oct 03, 2022, 01:12

It was not an uneductaed statement.   After a near to total total disaster in 2014 and 2015   you never wrote anything about Metyer.   Then in the time Coetzee was as big a disaster as Meyer was in 2014/15 you quoted two articles criticizing him and voila - you wrote ONE comment by yourself on Coetzee.

How many times have you gone bananas of Erasmus and Nienaber based on nothing bar BS from the moment Erasmus's appointment was announced.   Most of your comments have been based on lies and distortions from day 1 after the Erasmus appointment was announced,     There were plenty of those and your BS was exposed time and again.

So live with it prejudiced BSter.

Oct 03, 2022, 05:25

Better than living with your saggy tits and bald head you ugly old poofter.

Oct 04, 2022, 01:22

Thanks - have taken note of the comment - but I do not lie constantly about isses like you do - so if I am a poofter - you are a habitual liar.

Oct 04, 2022, 20:59

Ooh that hurts….you have ‘taken note’ of my comment. Your problem is any opinion which you don’t agree with is a ‘lie’. Just another example of your inadequate education,

Oct 05, 2022, 06:32

I would rather not eb educated than be a liar and spreader of disinformation on sport games like you are an have been proven to be.

Oct 05, 2022, 06:32

I would rather not eb educated than be a liar and spreader of disinformation on sport games like you are an have been proven to be.

Oct 06, 2022, 22:33

Well if you would rather not be educated….congratulations…your wish has been granted

Oct 07, 2022, 03:15

You have no idea about what level of education I have - and what I said is true - you have become a rugby equivalent of the Democrats of the USA - to speak the truth about rugby is according to you an abomination.

Oct 07, 2022, 04:29

Oh I have a shrewd idea….not much education.

Oct 07, 2022, 04:52

My qualifications are matric plus 4 years  attained through parttime study and Iahve proof of it - so that is enough for me.   I am not a liar and distorter like you are - and that is the real situation.

Oct 07, 2022, 05:53

And no degree…just vague part time studies. Case closed…uneducated.

Oct 09, 2022, 08:45

I stidued through UNISA - ever heard about that University?

Oct 09, 2022, 20:12

But got no degree….registered for a few courses. …now tell us about your year in the military. Smoke and mirrors education, draft dodging….and lying about it. No wonder you became a government employee and then became a Comrade.
