I have seen

Now those here who don't understand rugby and the role of locks in particular wax lyrical about wee matfiled the pappest Bok lock in Bok history.
Other wax lyrical on Mostert a definite improvement on wee matfiled.
But nobody can dispute that Bakkies and Eben are our greatest locks since readmission and perhaps ever.
Watch this.

Eben the best 4, Matfield the best 5 in rugby, since 1945

Here's a highlight reel of Mike Brown's debut. Definitely a different era, Boks would have had two possible reds for Juan and Schalk and possibly Bakkies too for a tip tackle on a guy in a scrum cap in the first ten minutes if it was modern day. Another high hit going in from Butch James at 3:25ish. Don't see the hit by Bakkies that Brown talks about though.

Some ignorant oaks are just not getting it regarding Bakkies.

Wee Rooitwit didn't like Bakkies because Bakkies was too rough.

Now we all should know Bakkies was the hard man in the Bok pack. But as you watch this video take not of the incredible mobility of Bakkies. He was the complete lock.

Wee matfiled was a lineouts forward and nothing more.

Also the oaks need to appreciate that Bakkies had a great personality.

Bakkies dealing with his captain.

"Wee Rooitwit didn't like Bakkies because Bakkies was too rough. "

Yet another stinking lie from the board's biggest liar.

Baboon-ou, I've been posting on this board for almost 12 years. If you can find a single post of mine where I'm critical of Bakkies Botha or where I've said anything negative about him then put it up or else admit you're a stinking liar.

Just by the way, criticism of the childish and pathetic "Justice for Bakkies" campaign is not criticism of him as a player. Now go and do your searching. Lowlife scum.
