Haha...classic.
No real interest in this thread - so I want to ask you a question - have you ever serve milk tart to your guests?
Well Mike before the first round of the Masters a few years back...we served a luncheon to the golf
professionals of two of my clubs. The desserts were Melktert, which I always serve with a little warm fig jam and Malva pudding. The uniform consensus was those were the best desserts they had ever eaten.
Malva pudding is the best - with great vanilla ice cream
I’ll eat milktert but it’s a bit plain for me
My sweet tooth has no boundaries
The local Pick and Pay makes melktert that is sweeter than normal. The add cinnamon on top as well. Was never a real lover of melktert - but their melktert is superb.
Jirr, Saffex!!! It's basically pure sugar.

Neee man it’s just milk - my son loves the stuff
Not sweet enough for me.
Best one I ever tasted was made with condensed milk - now we are talking
That’s why you should have warmed fig jam with your melktert Dave....stick with moz.
Geez have not had fig jam since my SA days
Was good stuff
Here's Mchunu's try . . .
Do try to post on the right thread old chap.

....goes to Tadhg Furlong against Scotland. His hilariously effective double sidestep run beating two Scots including Russell...showed that even a prop can deploy the step. Too many backs swerve rather than step, which is much easier to defend. The step, best done, is unexpected and explosive.....Furlong style.
