But recent matches ibndicated that Pollard is not the player he used to be - so the Bulls backlne is not up to standard and that is what cause the losses they suffer from.
When it comes to assistant coach selection ther are two people who will assist Ackerman to get better assistants and those are Brits and Erasmus,

The members here, the ones that actually watch the games, will tell you exactly how solid the Bulls were last year. They played brilliant rugby for the majority of the season.
