One does not know waht Ersmus is planning to do as a coach. He is only 52 yars old and at one stage he had halth problems - but he could decid o stay on till he is sicty years old and that would be soewhee after he 2032 RWC. Or he can say he ad enough of it and leave after e 2027 RWC.
In the meantime he is emabrking on a caoch devlopmnt program and we ust remmeber that here ma be need o replace some of e SA frnchise oaches as well, We know Vermeulen is already part of the coaching set-up and Kolisi and Pollard is heading that way - but playes like Willie, De Allende may also be on he said program. Amongst the forwads it may be Etzebeth and Du Toit, but he e other cndiates as well.
It is a bit to soon to sepculate on what is going to happen..

Wow, we spent 4 years watching a talented bunch of age group players fail under Bfana, no surprise given Bfana the football has also been a big disappointment.
But with Dave Wessels, Johan Ackerman now been appointed and Duanne Vermeulen being the loop I'm expecting big things from the Junior boks.
I also think this is Rassies succession planning in who could replace him once he hangs up his coaching whistle.
