It’s the start of his journey as a leader which will see him lead the Boks in the not so distant future

I think Willemse will be the Bok captain when Kolisi retires...Sacha is still too young, but that's what they said about Graeme Smith...so I guess anything is possible when an exceptional talent is involved.

I'm way more for Willemse as Bok skipper with Marx as the forwards captain.

Perhaps Sacha in a few years but I don't like putting too much on him right now. Let him play his game and not worry about too many things at once.

Plum...I think he wants it...and I think he's more than capable. He's the type of personality who will thrive when given the freedom to express himself and sometimes the responsibility of leadership boost these characters and even enhance their ability...Greame Smith being a case study...definitely a option to explore...and he's got lots of time on his side.

Will be very interesting to see who is the next Bok captain

Of the younger players Willemse and Sacha are the only real options

Moerat was being groomed but he can’t even make the extended squad these days and rightly so
