Will apparently miss the end of year tour. Apparently having injured the same knee twice he can develop arthritis if rushed back into action.

Seems like playing with and aggravating that injury has backfired on him bigtime.

All our great youngsters seem to be done in by knees and are never the same afterwards…Skinstad, Big Joe, Snyman… now Sacha

Yeah I see Rassie gave him a dressing down for not disclosing he was going injured

Poor kid just wants to play but his health is more important and it could have jeopardised the team - he was clearly not at his best in his last outing much like Roos playing with an injury - these guys are so desperate for test caps I guess it’s hard to be honest and say you are covering an injury

But ultimately it backfires on you as you can’t give 100% on the field

Man that’s a shame. Let’s hope he recovers well.

By all accounts it’s not a serious injury - he played till the end that day and it was only Rsssie noticing him limping that brought it out

According to Dobson he has already injured that knee before, so it’s the old and new injury that puts him at risk. They must just rest him properly, and he should be fine…..knee injuries is a Bitch.

Yes it’s good that he won’t be playing at the end of the year

Maybe a long overdue chance to select Masuku

It would be a rugby tragedy if SFM's career was cut short by an injury . . . but as Saffex says, time to give Siya Masuku a shot. He's earned it.

Siya Masuku - my arse.   He under-performs regularly - as was the case on Saturday.   If we look at a potnial better replacment - I would rather prefer Wohuter,

I am so happy to see Shaca according to Mozart is now on the list of players he wold like to write off as a player,

In ny event Du Toit had mch more serius knee problems and Mozart wrote him off years ago.   So I rather prefer to compare Shaca's  problem of a much less serious nature with what happened in the case of Du Toit.

. . . and as if we needed some vindication, along comes the stupidest idiot on the planet with a contrary view.

Thanks ou Maaik.

Well hold on, Uncle Clever,s idea about Kade Wolhuter is a valid point…..very talented youngster.

Masuku is Talented as well, so I would say try them both and see what happens.
