As predicted he is completely wasted there. He needs to be in the action at 12, with Roche playing 13


Willimese lacks the zip to be productive at 15. Fassi on the other hand is full of zip and pace at 15 for the Sharks


Willemse is a unit these days, his strength are his dancing feet and power - better employed at 12


He is completely wasted at 15, where his lack of pace counts against him

All the zip on the world doesn't make up for poor decisions.


Fassi was horrendous yesterday. I remember him taking a high ball in some traffic...that's about it.


Willemse wasn't brought into the game much, neither were any of the Stormers backs.


Fassi was brought into the game more and made far too many errors. Poor passes, bad decisions...


Fassi was slightly above average last week and back to his poor form again yesterday. Nothing he has done since coming back from injury suggests he is even close to getting back to who he was.


And if he doesn't get back there then the Boks shouldn't select him. Reputation means nothing.


All in all, it's not really possible to make any calls based on the poor quality backline play from all the sides yesterday.

Take this thread as an example.


Dawie has an opinion, I pose a counter argument devoid of any insults.


He responds with;

And that's the end of any conversation.


And that is the same story on countless threads. We're talking hundreds of threads with the exact same pattern of Dave attacking posters with foul mouth garbage for simply having a different opinion.


To me, going too far is making people so used to being sworn at and abused for the crime of disagreeing that it basically becomes a norm and they accept it.


"Well, leave him alone then" might be your advice.


That doesn't work either because if you make a post of your own, or comment on somebody else's posts, and Dawid disagrees, then up he pops to swear at you and drag the conversation into the gutter.


"Well ignore him then" is the next thing you'll say.


And to that I would ask "Why?"


What gives you, or anybody else, the right to tell me to sit back and take it, day after day, week after week...on and on for ever.


Nah, it's exactly that kind of attitude that has allowed him to get away with it for this long.


Maybe he doesn't like being called bitch tits, well I don't like being sworn at on here every single day.


Most forums have rules again let that sort of thing. This one doesn't. So the only solution is fighting fire with fire and making Dawie feel some the unpleasantness that he spreads here daily.


And true to form, the cowardly lowlife cries foul, runs to mommy and then wants to rely on virtue as a defence.


And if he hasn't left, and does come back, I'll keep poking him in the eye until he stops trying to bully everybody else...because he has gone too far for far too long.


We all have different opinions all the time. Dawie is the only one who has for years reserved the right to endlessly swear at people. It's time he learned his lesson.


And I'm happy to take the heat for teaching it to him.


All I'll say is, check your Stockholm syndrome.

Assume the Willemse at 12 experiment doesn't pan out. AE is likely to retire after the Wc in 2027.

Seriously though, if Willemse doesn't pan out at 12 then I'm not sure which way. I'm not convinced by Mills or or Roche yet.


Perhaps Hooker will be the natural succesor.
