You mention so many negatives but fail to point out the biggest negative of the lot
Good old powder puff who is a piss poor lock and even worse at 7
But agreed on Faf he looked sharp - a far far better option than Reinach

Moz these choices screams: I don’t really know what I am doing, but let’s try it anyway:)
Reinach instead of Faf is fucking stupid….no other way to put it!
I can only think that Rassie is selecting this pack to be good at the breakdown. (Although I am unsure why the creatine specimen has been included in the team.)
I have been impressed with Nortje at lock; he has been getting better with more test experience.
Mosterd made no impact in his time on the pitch over the weekend in the 1st test.
Wille Leroux is past it, but he at least understands position play on defence. A team can't function without a last line of defence.
Shark your take on rugby sounds like an old oom in the stands watching schoolboy rugby back in the 80’s
Its pass the ball down the line lads, get the ball to the wings
Willemse injured ?
No Rassie said he and Fassi are off their games
So, Fat Dave, take us through the responsibilities of an open-side flanker. List each function by importance.

I’m surprised Rassie hasn’t called up Faf, who looked superb in his brief cameo a few weeks back. Going back to Stampkar at 12 and Willie who has been in poor form, feels like a final break with Brown ball. Still it’s not like we saw anything much different from the Brown experiment
The pack is unconvincing ….Nortje at lock, Thomas at tighthead and a very weird loosie combination. The thinking there is hard to decipher.
But the bomb squad with Sacha, Eben, Lomp and Wilco looks potent. Wilco in the Ox role and two big units at lock ….I’m surprised Lucky has gone for Snyman to start though, he always seemed to prefer the greater predictability of Lomp. Perhaps we see there the outlines of the 2027 thinking with even more of a role for the bomb squad
