Faf, Mostert and Lood won't be playing against the AB's.

Agree with you about  Faf and Mostert,   De Jager is a problem though - would hav e preferred him to play against the AB's,

I do not know what changes Erasmus and co would make to the squad to be used in the AB tetsm  There is no info yet on Willemse being fit for the two matches and Kirshof will be in the squaad - he played for the WP in their CC match this weekend.   So he would be in the squad.

Lets wait and see what hapens when the squad is announced, sometime this week.

Much as I admire  Snyman as a lock - it seems he is injury prone.   Hope he is available to start in the AB test,   We need him badly at lock.

I hope we never see Mostert play for SA again - he is both shit and turns 34 soon

Move on to real locks please not 112kg pretenders

Mostert is far more superior than Moerat who has been absolutely useless on the international stage!!...Nortje had a good game, but Rassie is really falling behind when it comes to selecting proper younger locks! Ruben VH, Ruan Vermaak, Reinhardt Ludwig , Jf v Heerden , Adre Smith, hendre stassen, hyron andrews , Corne Rahl , Ruan delport etc etc just to mention a few….Rassie needs to start asap on getting more locks.

Your list was great until you got to Andrews fuck me it’s hard to find a worse lock than Orie and Mostert but Andrews certainly is

Big fan of Stassen he is a hard nut - come back strong after serving his roid ban

Rassie definitely has a blind spot when it comes to locks

I like Moerat he has potential - has yet to knock the door down at test level but then again he only lives off snippets which makes it hard - much like Roos and now Elrigh Louw

Rassie needs to wake up to the merits of Gelant, Green, Tambwe, Jurenzo, David Kriel, Papier, Nohamba, Wilco Louw, the locks you mention plus the Tsituka brothers now that there are reports that they have SA citizenship

As for Mostert he has always been a physical liability

Moerat (Lessrat) has already had a few games to many in the Green and Gold jersey.

Bullshit AJ as per usual your take is based on rugby ignorance

He has always been good for the Stormers until he got injured and was good on his return from injury

He is a good player - big, physical and gets stuck in

Far more of a real lock than Mostert, Orie and Andrews

Mostert and Mark Andrews played their hearts out for their country and should be respected for their efforts.

Moerat is big and strong and fits the ANC description for a Springbok lock to the letter.

Big, strong, not white but will neverever be an outstanding Kaptein or international lock such as the two other great locks that you have no respect for.

Sorry to melt your ice-cream expert Dave.

Not Mark Andrews he was awesome we are talking about that useless ex Sharks player Hyden Andrews now playing in Italy or France

As for Mostert unfortunately all he is is heart and energy with zero physical productivity

You amateurs only see the heart and energy and equate that to a good performance. I see through that shit and see him for what he really is. I will NEVER respect that. He is a non entity physically and for that I will never find favour in him. Making plenty of tackles is not the measure of a test lock - maybe an openside - but not a lock

Dave,

Which team did you play professional rugby for in the UK or was all your professional career spent playing for Poffadder?
