The ref said that shoulder hit, while nobody had the ball, is only a penalty "because for me there was a wrap". The only wrap was that the momentum from the shoulde hit brought the arm around. There was ZERO wrap there. This is a professional referee!!!???
First he tries to brush it off by saying "we didn't see what started but we saw what ended it"...trying to penalise Argentina without even trying to figure out what happened and what caused the handbags.
Then he tells the assistant refs "So we thinking to reverse the penalty advantage Argentina were on...so we agree?"
There are about 4 different instances in incompetence in within about 30 seconds.

Wales did very well considering where they were. This WC was always too early for them. So, they didn't embarrass themselves out there. Argentina always have that extra gear, if they can be enthused. The strike power they possess is frightening. I'm glad we got to see the best of it.
