England standout and Saracens stalwart Ben Earl has sealed a new long-term commitment with Premiership titans Saracens, ensuring his future remains at the club that shaped his rugby journey from a tender age. At 27, Earl, a dynamic force in the Autumn Nations Series for England, continues to fortify his position as a premier number eight in the sport.

Earl's affiliation with Saracens kicked off at 14, a bright-eyed young player from Tonbridge School who swiftly climbed the ranks to make his senior team debut by 18. He burst onto the Gallagher Premiership scene, notching a try against Exeter Chiefs in his first league start, a clear signal of his burgeoning talent.

After a temporary switch to Bristol Bears in 2020, Earl returned to Saracens with a bang. His electrifying performances not only earned him the Premiership Player of the Season but also played a crucial part in Saracens' victorious campaign, culminating in a title win against Sale during the 2022/23 season. Internationally, Earl has captained England at the U20 level and is nearing a half-century of caps for the senior team. His prowess also earned him a spot on the recent British and Irish Lions tour to Australia.

"I’m really happy to extend my time at my boyhood club. It is an environment where I feel I have the best chance to reach my full potential and achieve something special with my best mates,"

Earl expressed, emphasizing his connection and ambitions with Saracens. Mark McCall, Saracens' Director of Rugby, mirrored Earl’s sentiments about his commitment to the club.

"Ben has been part of Saracens since he was 14 years old, growing from a promising young academy talent to a standout player on the international stage,"

McCall stated, acknowledging Earl's integral role in the team's fabric and future aspirations. "He has Saracens in his DNA, and we are thrilled he has re-signed with the club. His qualities as a player and as a person will be central to all we hope to achieve in the years to come."

As Earl gears up for the next chapter with Saracens, both he and the club are poised for more illustrious moments, fueled by a deep-rooted loyalty and a relentless pursuit of rugby excellence.
