What do you mean 7-1 split? Kwagga is a center!!!

Kwagga can play wing. Virtually every Bok backline player can cover another position.
A six 2 sit really mean you have three people who can play in the backline on the bench. So was playing Fourie and Van Staden worth going for the 7-1 option.
Pity Marx won't be playing but that is some bomb squad. Totally fresh tight five and 2 fresh loosies.
I think this has been planned for some time.
Irish team announced
They have gone for a 4/3 split
Ireland
15 Hugo Keenan, 14 Mack Hansen, 13 Garry Ringrose, 12 Bundee Aki, 11 James Lowe, 10 Johnny Sexton (captain), 9 Jamison Gibson-Park, 8 Caelan Doris, 7 Josh van der Flier, 6 Peter O’Mahony, 5 James Ryan, 4 Tadhg Beirne, 3 Tadhg Furlon, 2 Ronan Kelleher, 1 Andrew Porter
Substitutes: 16 Dan Sheehan, 17 David Kilcoyne, 18 Finlay Bealham, 19 Iain Henderson, 20 Ryan Baird, 21 Conor Murray, 22 Jack Crowley, 23 Robbie Henshaw
Good side. Lot's of experience and good current form.
The Irish loose trio's ability to link between backs and forwards is their strength. Our loosies need to step up in this game.

LOL Ireland so confident they didn't even bother with a full bench!
I said elsewhere Ireland had won 20 out their last 22, was wrong its actually 27 out of their last 29.
So yeah good form.
I would have been a tad nervous
had the Bokke been on some record winning streak...stats are the worst...
Stav, don'
t worry, 27 from 30 will still sound impressive . . . except you'll have the supposedly tougher quarterfinal in the tournament that counts.
The way things have worked out, if Ireland lose the match, the Scottish match is going to be really tense for them. In the first half Scotland were absolutely in the game in the match against the Boks…arguably had the clearest try scoring chance blown by their right wing.
The Ireland coaches are smart enough to know that, so I believe they will be fully committed in this game.
We'll rather play France in the Quarters
than the Finals...worries me a bit....Rasnaber are mindfull of the stats...

The only sur prise is that there's no surprise. Pretty nuch the expected team and the predicted 7-1 split on the bench.
Go Bokke!
