NZ did the boks a massive favour by beating the Oirish a couple of weeks ago. The boks were able to get past Scotland after a horrible disjointed start to the match.
However, England is a wounded animal and probably do or do for Borthwick who now sits at 50% win record. There has been worse coaches before him, but Eddie still sits at 72% with the most annoying person having equal win ration which is our favourite tabloid pudding, Clive take Wood up the bump, Woodward.
NZ face France, Australia vs Ireland and SA vs England. SA simply has to win.
If NZ win again FR and SA lost then NZ can go to number 1.
SA could drop to 3 in the world.
I still think SA should have gone for a clean sweep in the championship and put Argentina away and not drop that game.
SA should have beaten Ireland 2 0 give it was at home.
This would allow the boks to experiment on the end of year tour and protect their rankings.
We ended up seeing some strange combos over the weekend with a 7 / 1 bench.
