Great effort by Louw beating three tackles to get over after Goosen’s excellent 50/22. At last an interesting match!

Bools can’t win a clean line out…is it the lurking presence of Snyman? Snyman has made at least 4 brilliant offloads already….incredible we never deployed this capability at the WC. And Snyman gets a 7 point try.
Some nice short and fast passes to supporting runners close to the breakdown by Munster...Munster looking good but the last 20 will be interesting if the altitude kicks in ....especially with the high pace of the game.
6 point lead for the defending Champs at halftime...will it be enough? I think not.
Great offloading by the Bools to get Arendse over. And a fabulous break from Goosen after the kickoff….fun stuff.
Another red card.
What happened with the red?...
had to run an errand...
Altitude and home
advantage more than just negated by the red.

There were 30 minutes of the red, during which Muster scored 10 points to zero. The model would have predicted a 7.5 point differential….so no discernible altitude effect.
Munster were in this game but down 5 points….once again a non intentional red card decides a contest.
I really enjoyed that game. A real competition with nothing left on the pitch by both sides. Either could have won it. The red made a difference to both teams. The plan was that Casey would have speed up the game and as I mentioned in the other thread we had the strongest and fastest bench all year. The combination of losing Goosen and the bench just got us over the line. It was a clear red unfortunately, he had all day to line up Casey properly but he was an idiot.
Congrats...well played...not many teams win at Loftus.
Guess Jake White feels like a bit of a twat now.
Nah. He’s always right no matter what happens !
Why? Because his flyhalf who was having a fine
game got an unfortunate red card?
..
I punished myself waatching the Bulls and Stormers bugger upboth their games royally and after watching half the matches I came to the conclusion that both teams are going down in matches by playing a game where players are supposed to execute attacks by having the necessary skills to play such rugby.
Time to change the coaches - especially io he cae of te Bulls.
.
The problem is, the Bools don't have a decent back up flyhalf.
Chris Smit is so poor and kills amu momentum for any backline. The guy is getting worse.
The bulls got physically dominated by Munster.
Then, the tactics and angles of the bulls are extremely poor.
Jake has such a great team yet he don't know how to coach them to their potential
No the Bools were in the lead and had all the momentum when Goosen got the red. That changed the game.
Prior to that it was pretty even for the first 40 minutes, after which the Bools started to gain control.
Teams don’t win close matches when they are reduced to 14 men.
Anpoher excuse from the biggest liar on site. The Bulls ate humble pie agaain against a weak team to say he elast.
.
Munster is no weak team and with Goosen,s departure , it did influence the cohesion the bulls had up till that stage…they could not recover and ultimately Munster was to strong with 1 man up….bad Weekend for SA teams and only the Lions stood up to there task in impressive form.
Dead right M…this myth that has been propagated on the Board to protect our WC win, that playing with 14 men is no problem,
was exposed again.
Geez RG Snyman is a special rugby player - such skill for a giant

The game being played at quite a pace…far too many handling mistakes. Munster given numerous shots at the Bools line…finally score. All started with Papier not putting the ball out after Murray hit the poles.
