If Moodie wants to continue his career under the Rassie defensive system, he can't deliver the types of mistakes he made last week.
I was watching a Squidge rugby review on YouTube that shows that Moodie was allowing the All Blacks to breach the first line of defence with poorly timed runs.
Instead of using an umbrella to push the ball carriers inwards, he was pushing people out to the touchline. The ball carrier was waiting for him before drawing and passing.
He got subbed by an outside centre (AM). The outside centre is the kingpin of the defensive system of Rassies defence, but the wings also have an important part to play.
Not clear if Moodie is fast enough for a wing- and if he is going to defend like that he is not going to be playing at 13 for Rassie
