especially to the posters past and present on this site. The result could have gone either way, I know the feeling. Moolaa and Justwin I've enjoyed your insights and it was good to see Hakwa back throughout the WC. You're a proud people rich in rugby culture and we respect you.

I second that. Hard luck Kiwis. Your boys showed a lot of character and they outscored us in the second half while a man down.

I don't believe there was that much difference between the head collisions of Cane and Kolisi that one deserved a red and the other a yellow but if there;s one thing that everyone has to agree (well, except Doos XL of course but that goes without saying) is that these Springboks find a way to win even in the unlikeliest of circumstances.

Three consecutive wins by a single point in the Quarterfinal, the Seminal and the Final!

Well done Bokke!!!

Yes respect to nz, they fought to the end as we did.

As to Super Rugby I wonder if we will ever get back. Money rules everything these days and the money is up North.

But never say never there are sometimes unexpected twists and turns.

You kicked yourselves out and went North DbD. I remember that Great Lions Team - Wow - Also unlucky in the finals due to Red Card from upending the jumping player

...keep telling yourself that...nevermind the reason, both NZ and SA rugby are poorer for it...I like the URC, but it's not SR, not even close...not worse, just different...pity we can't have both.
