Yes, it looks like it's your turn...enjoy it while it lasts...and you're welcome to your highveld.

The failure to realize what is happening in school rugby in SA is obvious. The sponsors pay the unions to find promising school kids to go to certain schools and pay for their schooling and provide special coaches to develop te kids into top rugby players,
That system provide for kids of all races to make progrss in their rugby careers and many f the younge paes lay the foundation for future development in those schools dealling with heir dietiician needs as well.
That is the reason why there is such a growth in kids developing into future Springboks. Some of the major schools using the system is in the Western Cape and they produce too many players for the use by for instance the Stormers and other provincial teams contract the excess players and use them properly they became Springbok candidates,
In the caae of naby players ending up with the Bulls - it must be borne in mind that Rupert and Motsepe owns 74,5% of the Buls franchie nd provide the money for recruitment of players as well as patronizing the school development program A real example is alo Shaca who went to Diocesan College (Bishops) in Rondebosch. After schooling he came a protege of Erasmus - who as Director of Rugby was always involved in the mentioned school development program.
By the way I think the Lions play good rugby and suppot them all-out .
Blo...the drive to Ellis Park is like the beginning of that movie Wrong Turn. It's a very bad part of town.
I'd rather drive to PTA and watch the Bulls.

My Leeutjies are starting to look good again. Counter attacking nicely, playing what is in front of them and showing that they can absorb pressure. And they look like they could still improve by a good margin.
Nice to see them picking up the slack that the costal teams are delivering.
You surfer boys might shine in the sun from time to time, but the highveld is where the real men live ;)
