The USSA has been the leading implosion of the West, and others have merely been following their lead. The gap has closed since 2015, but there's still a sizeable gap. As per rugby, they have all of the resources to turn things around. We've already bared witness to that. They didn't just compete, they shackled us completely. That's takes some doing to a test nation.
