Breaking away from a dominant scrum, Baron sliced through the defense to score, sealing a thrilling victory for his team.
Elsewhere in the tournament, Lehan Barnard was unstoppable, scoring four tries in Paul Roos Gymnasium’s 43-12 thrashing of Pretoria Boys’ High. Monument High School was in scintillating form as well, running in 11 tries to overwhelm HTS Drostdy 75-43 in a high-scoring affair that saw both Blessing Monareng and Ruan Genis bag hat-tricks.
