Injury to Willemse

Willwmaw got injueed when scoring a try in the match against Glasgow and also an injury to Dixon not only cotrbuted to the Stormers loss but the injury of Willemse rpresents a problem 9insofar as the Springbok tour next moth.

The problem is that Willemse is the only real successer or replacment of De Allende at 12 is a real poblem 

Willemse has hardly played 12 and are a established 15. That is where he has been tried and tested.

It’s absolute dreaming to want to play him at 12. AE is a far far better 12 and still has a lot of game time left in him.

Then there is David Kriel that is performing very well at 12. Even hooker is a better option there.

But luckily Erasmus sees it the same way and I really don’t think he will pick Willemse there. He is not as Naive as you guys.

The little bit of time he played at 12 today, was not good at all. As we saw today, and actually since Esterhuisen joined the sharks, that he is exactly what we need in the 12 channel.

It’s time to wake up and smell the Coffee ….

Go back in his history he equally was used as flyhalf, as insid center and as full back from his junior years.   Erasmus sed him at full back - but another exmple is the 2019 RWC.   When Kriel got inhured Willemse was called up to replace Kriel at center,

AE far better than Willemse is the joke of the century.   He is already 30 year of age  and at best dumb muscle who has near to zero ball sense - that is where he is not where he should be in defense - also because he as pace problems/

I shall give you another example - both Esterhuizen and Willemse played in the Under 20 RWC and Esterhuixen was satisfactory - but lost the match in the inal when he knocked on the ball with an open tryline in front of him  - Willemse became the seleced Player of the Tournsment /   Boh played att 12 in the two respective tournaments.

Esterhizen has no idea about the changes in backline play Erasmus and Brown are implementing anyway. Justthink a bit -  

*     Esterhuizen played in 18 tests - some against  extremely poor teams and scored no tries' and 

*     Willemse played uin 40 tests and his point achievement is 56 points,
