I amk impressed by the above video.   The fac is that Paarl Boys High operates under the same basis that enhace school rugb y to eed the provincial and national sides,   

I see that when it concerns that school that the following playes from PBH is gpoing  to the mentioned provincial franchices:-

Western Province :-   JC Mars, Divan Fuller and Jameel de Jongh

Sharks           -    Juan Loots, Scott Nel and Pretorius van Heerden

Golden Lions   - Henko Ben Odendaal.

These youngstes are assigned to th e provinces indicated - but will first go to the Elite player training program of SARS under contol of Erasmus as Director of Rugby, but will be available for the provinces mentioned after that program has been completed.   They would then after approprate training may end up in the Springbok under 20 team and from there it is normal for youngsters to progress to higher level.      

Aside the above 7 players - there are 21 school players who will join other provincial Franchises after Elite training.

One player fell through the sieve - it is  Zulisani Tom - who has been recruiited by Metro 92 to go to Paris.

This program is done evey year and we will see some of the youngstes of this and the last few years ending up in the 2027 WC squad.   The talent is still there and Erasmus must be congatulated as to what he has done fcor contibnuous growth in S A Rugby 7.        

Mars looks a talent would not say he is any bigger than Kolbe or Arendse

Mike that Divan Fuller from Paarl Boys is an absolute beast - played SA Schools this year

I saw him playing as a 16 year old for Paarl Boys 1st team and boy is he a hard nut. The hits he puts in are bone crushing

Will be interesting to see how far he goes in the years to come - harder as a pro to make the physical impact he has at school level
