Yes, it was a brilliant try and he had a good game throughout.

As good as he is, I can't help wondering if he made a mistake in choosing the Sharks who have Ethan Hooker and Andre Esterhuizen competing for the #12 jersey but if Lorenzo can play at #13 as well then we'll keep him . . . especially as Lukhanyo Am is now in his 30s.

Rooinek

Julius is a 13, not a 12.

Well he was in the #12 jersey on Saturday with Lili Bester wearing the #13.

Marcus Aurelius must be next.

It is the curry cup after all. I want to see him do that against a Leinster or a top tier team. The kid has potential and have a really good highlight real from his school days.

Pitty we had to endure Bfana coach as he was wasted for them. That coach really stuffed up development of our next gen players. It will take 4 or 5 years to get those guys up to the professional level.

The Irish know how to get first class games for their youngsters.

Rooi yeah trust the Sharks to have played him at 12 when he is a 13 which is where he excelled for the Baby Boks this year scoring 4 or 5 tries in the comp

Agreed the Sharks could be a bad signing for him

He really stood out for me in the U20 WC - more his rugby brain then ability as we all know how skilful he is and at 96kg packs a physical punch

I liked the way he created for others, ran good lines, has a good pass and used the grubber to good effect putting players onto the ball

Reminds me a lot of Am

I’d select him for the Bok squad now to get a feel in the presence of Am and Kriel

He is that good

We need more A team games with the next in line. He would be a great candidate. Or copy Ireland and New Zealand and arrange an emerging SA team tour of Australia or New Zealand to play against their super rugby teams.
