I have to say, what a player he is. That charge down for the attempted conversion could be the reason why the boks won. It was 50/50 whether the kicker would have gotten it, but he did convert the first try in the corner from the same position. So his probability was probably higher. 


Not to mention his perfectly time run to score a try from a well weighted Kriel grubbed. 


I remember when he played for the baby boks, I was so furious with him for not being able to kick the ball out. He was all step and dart. Tried to be smart, couldn’t get his kick out and I think it was wales we played. They simply ran the ball back and scored. One lapse of judgement caused the baby boks to crash out. I alsways believe players should show temperament above all else if they want to succeed.


I felt he was another quick stepper with no brains.
