I have chums who have done hip, knee and shoulders and still walk the course easily. But it’s better to have more durable joints. Here’s a word of warning for the mature posters….I tweeked a knee a few weeks back and as always, iced the hell out of it. Only to find a few days later, I had frostbite! Nothing serious but quite tender, a bit longer with the ice pack and it might have required the knife.

Thanks becs, but I’m actually up north, so not physically in harms way. But many people are and for many small business owners and their employees this is going to be very rough.
