There were nowere on the SARU website as to news ss to when Damian Willemse will return from injury lay-off, so I phoned SARU and the staff I spoke to said the decision rest with their medical consulants and they do not know either. In the injury report as stte that eh would be out of rugby unil the end of August 2024.

I would rathr see Willmse in the squad ahead of Le Roux and Esterhuizen.    .              

Willemse is a month away from playing again

Willie still has a bit of a role to play and Esterhuizen is a class act
