Yes this is backwards thinking…. When last did Kleyn play for the Boks?
With inform locks like:
Ruben V Heerden, Ruan Vermaak, Reinhardt Ludwig and also Cobus Wiese, you have to seriously wonder what is Rassie,s logic / Motive behind this choice??

I keep saying it - Rassie has a complete blind spot when it comes to locks
Poor Ruben v Heerden must be so disillusioned by all this shit
Ruben and others will need to up their games and continue to improve. Which might be the motivational point.
Rassie is a deep thinker and sees beond what ordinary pundits think. Plus he s very well informed. Things that seem starnge to us turn out to work.
We are I beiev in good hands.
I am glad that rassie is making incrementl changes. He has not simply thrown out all the older players acceting that this will mean losses as we start agaim. Neverthe less slowly but surely teh Bok squad is being renewed.
Very sorry Sasha, Willemse and Malherbe are not on tour. We also miss Lood possibly the best lineout forward around and a fine player.
Th
e time for the younger lock will come.
Ruben has been far far better than Nortje so not sure what he needs to improve on
Ja, bizarre...Stormers should do better in the URC to give Ruben's performance more clout...Hoenderborsie plays well, but a Bok lock shouldn't be a skinny meringue. Beef up or FO I say...
Spot on Draad these skinny fucking pretenders piss me off

Makes no sense at all. Kleyn is handy enough but come on he is 31 - how is this moving forward?
It’s that same old crap - he knows the system blah, blah, blah
