Well its first competitive start for Munster. Think he's only be played once off the bench so far. He won an under 20's 6 Nations Grand Slam in 2022 with Ireland. That's all I know about him. He would be third choice fly-half behind Crawley and Carbery.
Tony is only 21 and just starting. Looked good last night but made a number of errors as expected from a kid. Big learning curve.
This year I think we will struggle in out half. Last year we had Ben Healy, Jack Crowley and Joey. Ben left for Edinburgh and has been capped for Scotland. Jack will most likely be the starting 10 for Ireland and will miss half the season (IRFU player management). Joey is easily injured. We have Scannell who has covered at 10 but hasn't played there in years.
I expect Tony will get a lot of game time to accelerate his development but he is still very young.
Talk has started on the Munster boards to bring in Sanchez who was just released from Brieve on a short term contract.

I see Joey Carbery is injured for Munster and he's been replaced by Tony Butler who I don't know at all. Would either of you know if Butler is any good and if he will be taking the place kicks for Munster?
