Before I wite about the performances thus far of thr Spring boks thu far in the match I have to wrote aa story about a porp called Chris kich who in 1955 became the mst cap forward in th history of the Springboks and my father =- a friend of Koch - took us to Newlands to watch the match. He was useless as center and when the Springboks was attacking the tryline the ball was passed to Esterhuizen and he knocked it on 3 meter out.
