No player has ever done that to Vermeulen

That's a hand off courtesy of a terrible tackle attempt, not "run over".

Klop. Vermeulen looks like he's playing touch

Vermeulen is daar al 'n bietjie oor die wal...daai sou nie in sy jong dae gebeur het nie.

What a shocking tackle attempt from someone with the experience of Duane ... going way too high and from the side.....that is no run over, just very poor form

Mar 12, 2025, 08:26

Hy kan seker nie meer buk vir 'n lae tackle nie...

It will take a lot more than an odd moment like that to get him in to the Bok team Saf.

I'm not saying he won't make it, but he needs to consistently smash... like he did in that clip.

I think the oke from the Bulls has the inside lane on Roos at the moment. But they'll both need to get past Jasper.

I hope that he stays injury free.

Oh for sure and he is playing well right now as is Hanekom. I’d like to see both of them in the Bok side - Hanekom at 6 as he is so good over the ball and the bigger cock Roos at 8. I don’t mind Wiese but he is just dump muscle - effective dump muscle though and Rassie is a big fan

The point of my clip was more that I have never seen Vermeulen on the end of that kind of smack

It takes a beast to effect that

Ras and Co are going to need to make some tough calls.

I don't see Wiese or Kolisi going anywhere.

THe only opening is with PSdT being out injured, there is a slot for a ball carrying 7. I'd be tempted to pick Hanekom over Roos at the moment.

It's all very subjective.

Whichever way Rassie goes, he has my full support as he knows more than I do.
