In the case of the Bulls they were sruggling to beat one of the poorest team in the URC - Ospreys who last year was not in the play-offs last year - infact they were 11th on the log in the past season with the Bulls at home in ther first match this year. I think Ackerman read the riot act after that performance starting with the halftime talk.
One of t he players back from injury was Steenkamp - who I think may be back in the Springbok squad going to play in the November tests, This coming weekend would indicate whther the Bulls will succed in beating Leinster as easily as the Stormers beat them and whether the Stormers would be finding as difficult a team of Ospreys as the Bulls encountered the past weekend.
The Lions did lose some of their players to other franchises and at leat two to the Springbok squad and they got beaten by Cardiff = which was not as bad as the Sharls did in playng Glasgow..
