Stormers too adventurous at times...but their handling was next level on occasion...

The Bulls
The Bulls - who lost a match they should never have lost - when they lost the plot in the secod half of their match. There were signs of the same problem in the second half of their Round 4 match and when I commented on it everyone said I was talking BS.last week - the same tendency happened in Round 5.
I do not know what the problem is and why it happened that their discipline deteriorate in the second half in two successive matches - it is a bad sign. I wonder what Brits reports to Rupert and Motsepe - the real owners of he Bulls franchise - on those two matches entailed, but if it continues it could have serious implications for White's continued employment as Buls Director of Rugby.
The Bulls will be playing Benetton on Friday evening and that will be a difficult match for them to play - so they better pick up their socks or there may be another disaster for them.' Hope it is not - Benneton is the strongest Italian team in the tournament,
The Lions
I think the Lions went into the test against Zebre thinking they cannot lose the mach and as a result played lack-luster rugby. A disappoining performance none the less and I hope they wake up and see the need for maximum performance in the next round in their mach against Leinster on Saturday. After all Leinster is the top of the log team at present - a ten times better team than Zebre.
The Sharks
You are ciorrect - the Sharks showed real guts in beating Glasgow - and they should have won by a bigger margin - but being 16 points ahead by minute 76 in the match they allowed Glasgow to score 2 tries in the last 5 matches in the match. Nobody can be blamed for that/ They knew the match was won and that is the end of the story.
I will be accused of prejudice - but for me the min problem forth tema was Esterhuizen at center. He made very few tackles because he was not around where the real action was, I folowed him carefully and on two cases where he was absent in dfense he was tanding around on the wing and in two accassions he was standing around near to the braakdwn points on the opposit side to where the action was and most of th Glssgow backline was. H knocke on balls coming to him twice and made 3 poor passes. A really poor performance of his in the match,
Their Round 6 match on Saturday is against Munster on Saturdayand anothe superperformance would be required. .
The Stormers .
Your comments are 100% correct - they were too adventurous at times. I wonder what will happen when Shaca is back as their flyhalf - I think any team would find out it would be a horrible experience for them.
The next match ib Round 6 will be against Glasgow on Saturday
After that there will be no URC matches until 29 November 2024 when Round 7 matches will be played,

The Bulls managed to snatch defeat from the Jaws of victory - that is another example of disastrous team selection and management. Another example is the fact that they lost in fthe Semi in Pretoia against Glasgow eariier this year playing shit rugby.
Another example showed how badly the Bulls played today is that the Sharks despite a poor cente pairing managed to beat Glasgow today in Durban, In ny evenr I thought the Shark would lose today based on Glasgow beating the Bulls in the semi and the Sharks last week playing an atrocious game when thir defense went AWOL, Etzebeth as captain played a heroic game leading by example.
The match of the Lions yesterday can best be described as Supershit, They in the end hang on for winning 12-10 but should have won by 22 points - not a miserable 2 points.
Now the Stormers - last week they were miserable - this week they played like their lives depend on it, Last week Willemse was poor - this week he was brlliant.
